Exercise for treating Adhesive Capsularities:
Pensulum Stretch : In this you have to hold chair and lean forward. swing your hand from shoulder. Cross Body Arm Stretch : Sit in high sitting position. Keep your hand in 90 degree position. Then, stretch your hand towards the chest. Arm Circles : Roll your shoulder in anti clockwise and clockwise direction. as shown in video. Shoulder flexion : Hold a pully. Pull the wire of pully towords yourself then upward and downward. Towel Stretch : Be erect. hold towel in vertical position. then, try to pull towel in upward as well as downward direction.
